The Hopfen & Co. invites you to discover on our website our house and its history. Our restaurant with its own brewery is open 360 days a year, we'll offer culinary delights from the Tyrolean and Italian cuisine and a refreshing beer, brewed according to German Purity Law "Reinheitsgebot" of 1516. On three floors, we invite our guests to dinner. In the warm season a get-together can be wonderful to sit outside and enjoy the flair of the old city of Bolzano. We also offer an extensive music program with live music.
